Return of goods
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sandrahodelstyle.ch and also see section 6 Return of goods and repair of the conditions. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
